PATRICK JOSEPH is an American singer-songwriter born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and currently living in Los Angeles, California.  Joseph began performing music in Pittsburgh as a teenager, playing in various bands until coming into his own as a performing songwriter in local cafes and music venues.  The rugged hustle of his blue collar home of Pittsburgh helped forge his raw, artfully imperfect sound as he sought to explore new horizons and decided to move to Los Angeles at the age of 22.

Upon arriving in Los Angeles and turning down a record deal to remain independent, Joseph released his first self-produced record Antiques to much local and indie critical acclaim, landing dozens of music placements in popular television shows such as Gossip Girl and The Office, gaining the attention of national independent radio such as KCRW and KEXP, showcasing at international festivals such as Austin’s SXSW, and touring North America in support of his freshman release, all without the help of label support.

Antiques helped establish Joseph as a notable figure in the Los Angeles music scene, and he quickly began work on his sophomore release Moon King, which honed his abilities as a producer in the studio, winning the Independent Music Award as Producer of the Year in 2016.  Joseph as since produced all of his own music as well as several other artists in Los Angeles at his studio in Burbank, CA.

Patrick Joseph continues to flourish as a successful recording artist, producer, songwriter, and composer, having hundreds of song placements in film and television, scoring multiple national commercials, scoring music for the TBS hit comedy The Detour, producing other artists, and continuing to release new music in 2021.

Have a listen and see what NOW Magazine described as "A Gifted LA adult-contemporarist with a world-weary Waitsian voice and a Spoon meets Beatles soft-rock vibe” and Deli Magazine called "the grittier, spirtual successor to Jeff Buckley's throne."

His latest single The First Time is available everywhere January 22nd, 2021.
